Drug dealers arrested , cartels demolished

Police in Waterloo have disclosed they have arrested four notorious drug dealers who had operated within the ambit of Waterloo.

“Acting on intelligence, in a late evening raid that lasted several hours, four notorious drug dealers, Isatu Manley, Idrissa Koroma, Abdul Conteh, and Chernoh Jalloh all from different addresses within Waterloo, who operated the biggest drug cartels at Tombo junction and Gbensha ( along Kandia Road), Lumpa, Waterloo, have been arrested by the Operations Team of Waterloo Police Station,” Allieu Jalloh, head of Waterloo Police Media had stated in a recent update.

This is just a day after the Waterloo Police Division had reported that they had found a “59 year-old -petty trader lifeless at the Bofla community with ears hacked and both feet tied and hidden under her mattress with multiple lacerations” within the same areas.

Meanwhile, the police stated “the makeshift structures where the drug dealers operated were demolished” by them and they will be charged to court a time soon enough.
