Mercury International, Sierra Leone’s number one betting company has on Saturday 3rd August, 2024, presented prizes to over 20 winners of their online betting raffles.
The ceremony which was hosted at the New Sella Sports Complex at Kingharman Road in Freetown saw winners leaving with wall fans, power banks, mobile phones and a tricycle (keke) that ran into tens of thousands of new leones.
Deputy Online Manager, Octavius Jackson, said that Mercury International online betting has proved itself in all forms, explaining that their online betting does not only involve football, but equally other sporting disciplines inclusive casino games.
He noted that the credibility of their raffle draws is not determined by their home offices, but rather the operators of their online betting website out of the country.

Abu Fomba, the winner of the tricycle (keke), which was the grand prize of the said raffle draws hailed from Kono District. In his statement, he thanked Mercury International for providing him with a fair platform to win the tricycle. Climaxing the prizing giving ceremony was also the launching of the “Start of a Season Raffle” by the Managing Director of Mercury International, Martin Michael.
